Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved and processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember it can take time for your bank or card company to post the refund.
